Can you explain the account control panel?

The Account Management Control Panel is full of useful information and is where you manage your account and services. Our goal is to make it as intuitive and easy as possible so that you can make necessary updates quickly and with confidence.

Here is a brief summary of the Account Management Control Panel Features:

YOUR PROFILE:
Located in the top left corner on the "Home" Tab When you log into your account, you can view your Account Profile. We use this information for internal communication with you and if you ever lose your account information, we send the username and password to the Account Owner. It is extremely important to always keep this information up to date.

ACCOUNT MESSAGES:
Located in the top left corner on the "Home" Tab below YOUR PROFILE Account messages are used for internal communication between Customer Care and the Account Owner. When you receive a message in your account, you will be sent an email to log into your account. Navigating the Account Management Control Panel by using the Tabs at the top of the page.

Home Tab:
The Home Tab summarizes the operations you can perform to manage your domains and services. You can navigate from the Home Tab or you can use your other Tabs.

My Domains Tab
The My Domains Tab allows you to manage single domains or multiple domains at once. You can manage a single domain by clicking on its link or you can manage multiple domains by selecting the management task you would like to perform.

Some of the tasks that you can do from the My Domains Tab are:

• Renew Domains
• Change auto-renew status
• Add / modify services
• Modify name servers
• Lock / unlock domains
• Move domains to another account
• Change contact information
• Manage domains in bulk
• Synchronize domains

My Services Tab:
The My Services Tab allows you to manage all of your services you have with us.

Some of the services that you can manage from the My Services Tab are:

• Web Hosting
• Email Services
• DNS Management
• URL Forwarding
• SSL Certificates
• We-Build/I-Build

My Billing Tab:
The My Billing Tab allows you to view and manage your billing information for your account and services as well as upgrade and cancel services.

Some of the billing information you can view and update on the My Billing Tab are:

• Current balance of Account Credit
• Domain-Auto Renewal
  • NOTE: This information is associated with your auto-renewals for your domain. It is extremely important that this billing information is kept up to date so that your domain auto-renewals will process successfully.
• Web Hosting Packages
• Email Packages
• SSL Certificates

My Account Tab:
The My Account Tab allows you to view and update account information.

Some of the account information that you can update from the My Account Tab are:

• Account Overview - Summarizes the settings for your account
• Change Account Password
• Change Secret Question
• Nexus Information - Required information for .US cctlds
• View Account Messages
• Account Owner

Other Tab:
Some other helpful tools that you can access on the Other Tab

• Product Pricing Information - Lists pricing of all products and services
• Affiliate Signup
• Registrar Transfer Status - Find out the current status of a domain transfer
• Auction Stats - Allows you to check the status of an auction
• View Affiliate Program Overview

Support Tab:
The Support Tab links you to Customer Care Support page for technical and account assistance.
