If you have purchased an email hosting package with us and created a mailbox within your hosting control panel, please use the following settings to set up Outlook 2003 access your mailbox:
** Note: if you purchased your email account prior to October 1, 2005, please click here to see your correct settings.
The settings are:

pop3: pop.yourdomain.com
imap: pop.yourdomain.com
smtp: smtp.yourdomain.com
- username: full email address
password: set by domain owner
To setup mail in Outlook:
- Click on Tools
- Click on email accounts
- Select "Add a new email account"
- Click Next >
- Select pop3. Click Next >
- Fill in your name and email address,
- Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.yourdomain.com
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): pop.yourdomain.com
- User Name: is your full email address
- Password: is your password.
Click Next >
- Click on the More Settings button
- Click on the Outgoing Server Tab
- Check the box for "My outgoing server requires authentication"
- Click on Advanced Tab
- Under Outgoing server (SMTP): Change to 587
- Click OK
- Click Next >
- Click Finish
