VPS Support Incident Policy
VPS Support Incidents expire 30 days after purchase date. We request that you only purchase credits for support on an as needed basis. In the event that the credit is not used within 30 days, the fee shall be forfeited to cover administrative costs. Please check the adjacent box to confirm your understanding of this provision.
