NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Participation constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Dotster's Weekly Website Builder Contest (the "Contest") will begin at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on October 26, 2009, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on November 22, 2009 (the "Entry Period"). The one-week entry period for each drawing begins on Monday and ends on Sunday of each week beginning October 26, 2009 ("Drawing Period"). Drawings will be held November 6, 2009, November 13, 2009, November 20, 2009, and November 27, 2009. The Contest is sponsored by Dotster, Inc. (8100 NE Parkway Drive, Suite 300, Vancouver, WA 98662) ("Dotster"), who is solely responsible for all aspects of this Contest. Dotster's computer shall be deemed the official time keeping device for the Contest.

1. ELIGIBILITY:
1. The Entrant must be a legal resident of, or domiciled in, one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and must be 18 years of age or older (19 years or older in Alabama and Nebraska) at the time of entry.
2. Dotster and its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, sales representatives, and their advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers of promotional materials, their respective employees, and their respective immediate family and household members are not eligible.
3. Internet domain name registrars and web hosting companies, their employees, and their respective immediate family and household members are not eligible.
4. The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Contest is void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and otherwise where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
5. Only one entry is allowed per Customer, per drawing.
2. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the contest:
1. Visit the Dotster.com website and complete the online application; or
2. b. Hand-print the words "Dotster Weekly Website Builder Contest," along with your name, address, telephone number (including area code) on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in an envelope with first class postage affixed to the address above. All entries must be received by October 30, 2009. No mechanically reproduced entries or entries submitted by facsimile will be accepted. Dotster assumes no responsibility for late, damaged, ineligible, incomplete, lost, postage-due or misdirected entries. All entries are the property of Dotster and will not be returned.
3. CONTEST. During each Drawing Period, one Contestant will be randomly selected as the winner each week. Each Winner will receive (1) Contest message and (1) phone call verifying their win. Eligible entrants who receive a Contest message and phone call and satisfactorily complete the verification process will win the prize indicated, subject to these Official Rules. Winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, Dotster will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all eligible entries received. Winners of a Contest prize who meet all of the eligibility requirements, are verified, and have fully complied with these Official Rules, will receive their prize within approximately four (4) weeks after the conclusion of the Entry Period.

4. PRIZES:
   

   1. PRIZES. FOUR (4) PRIZES, ONE PER DRAWING PERIOD: Prize package includes one (1) one-year domain registration (limited to .com/.net/.info/.biz/.us TLDs), one (1) one-year Basic hosting package, one (1) one-year $9.95 EmailBrain package, and 10% off any Custom Web Design package (Customer Web Design discount not to exceed $375 US) (total prize package approximate retail value $580US).
   2. PRIZE VERIFICATION AND AWARDS PROCESS. Potential winners will be contacted by email and telephone. Each potential winner must satisfactorily complete the verification process in order to win the prize indicated, subject to these Official Rules. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the first attempt, Dotster may select an alternate potential Winner in his/her place from all eligible entries received. You are not a Winner until: (a) your eligibility has been verified and (b) you receive official notification from Dotster of the final prize award.
   3. AWARD CONDITIONS. All prize awards are contingent upon the Entrant fulfilling all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. All potential Winners are subject to verification by Dotster, whose decision is final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Within 21 days after the date on the initial notification letter from Dotster, each potential Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a release of liability/publicity (where permitted). If the conditions of this paragraph are not completed within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner.
   4. All expenses and costs not expressly listed in the prize descriptions above are solely the winner's responsibility. Prizes are nontransferable until awarded and non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made except by Dotster. Dotster reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by Dotster in its sole discretion. All prize winners are solely responsible for all taxes associated with the receipt of any prize.
   5. Prize winners who meet all of the eligibility requirements, are verified, and have fully complied with these Official Rules, will receive their prize within four (4) weeks of selection and verification.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1. Dotster assumes no responsibility for late, damaged, ineligible, incomplete, lost, postage-due or misdirected Entries. All received Entries are the property of Dotster and will not be returned.
2. Dotster reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest for any time and for any reason, including if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Contest, as determined by Dotster in its sole discretion.
3. Dotster reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or Entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Should such an attempt be made, Dotster reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Dotster assumes no responsibility for (i) any error, omission, interruption, deletion or defect in information, whether caused by Dotster's website, users, entrants or other causes; (ii) any theft, destruction or alteration of entries, or any unauthorized access to entries; (iii) any problem with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone line, computer on-line system, server, provider, computer equipment, software; (iv) any failure or delay of any email or entry to be received by Dotster on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof.
5. Dotster's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

6. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:
   Your participation in the Contest constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Dotster, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

7. PUBLICITY:
   Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes winner's consent to Dotster's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration.

8. RELEASE:
   By receipt of a prize, Winner agrees to release and hold harmless Dotster and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or the receipt or use of any prize.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
   The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants or printing errors; (b) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Contest; (c) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to electronic malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of Entries; (e) lost, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property including, but not limited to, death, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt of any prize.

10. DISPUTES:
    Except where prohibited, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Washington; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering a Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) you waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Dotster in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Washington or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State of Washington.

11. INTERNET SWEEPSTAKES PRIVACY POLICY:
    By entering this Contest, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the Official Rules and in Dotster's Privacy Statement located at www.dotster.com.

12. ODDS OF WINNING:
    Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

    To request a list of winners and/or a copy of these Official Rules, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by December 13, 2009, to Dotster, Inc., Attn: Weekly Business Builder Contest, 8100 NE Parkway Drive, Suite 300, Vancouver, WA 98662. Washington and Vermont residents may omit return postage for Official Rules requests.
